Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TourStar, LLC ("we", "us") for your use of the TourStar apps, the web game and tourstarapp.com ("TourStar"). By playing, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use TourStar.

1. WHO CAN PLAY

You must be at least 13 to use TourStar. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Raffles and physical rewards are open only to players who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live) and who live where the raffle or reward is offered.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You can play as a guest or create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. You can delete your account anytime in the app.

3. THE GAME AND VIRTUAL ITEMS

Game cash, fame, fans, songs and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and aren't your property; you have a limited license to use them in TourStar. We may change, rebalance or remove game features and items to keep the game fair and fun.

4. REWARD POINTS

• Reward points are earned only by playing (for example shows, releases, daily rewards, quests and level-ups). Points can't be bought, sold, traded or transferred, and they have no cash value.
• Points can be spent on rewards and raffle tickets while they're offered. Rewards are subject to availability, level requirements and limits shown in the app.
• To keep things fair, our systems verify points, and we may hold, adjust or remove points, cancel orders or close accounts involved in cheating, exploits, automation, multiple accounts or other abuse.
• We may change how points are earned or what they can be used for, and we may end the points program with reasonable notice in the app.

5. REWARDS

Every reward order is reviewed before it ships. We may decline an order (and return the points) if a reward is unavailable, if we can't ship to your location, or if the order doesn't meet these terms. Rewards and raffle prizes are fulfilled by Please and Thank You, Inc. or its partners. Delivery times are estimates. Experience-based rewards (for example VIP packages or meet & greets) are subject to the event's own terms, schedule and availability and can't be exchanged for cash. You're responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.

6. RAFFLES

• No purchase necessary. Raffle tickets use reward points earned by playing, which can't be bought, and each raffle offers a free entry every day it's open, which counts the same as any other ticket.
• Each raffle has official rules shown in the app (prize, dates, eligibility, ticket limits and how the winner is chosen). If those rules conflict with these terms, the raffle's official rules apply to that raffle.
• Winners are drawn at random from all eligible tickets after the raffle closes and are contacted by email. Winners may need to confirm eligibility and accept the prize within the time stated; otherwise an alternate winner may be drawn.
• Raffles are void where prohibited. Odds depend on the number of tickets entered.
• Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any TourStar raffle or reward.

7. PURCHASES

Optional in-app purchases (for example TourStar VIP, AI song packs or game cash) are processed by Apple or Google, and their terms and refund policies apply. Purchases unlock in-game extras only. They never include reward points or raffle entries and don't change how many reward points you can earn. Game cash and AI song credits have no real-world value. You can restore purchases on a new device from the Premium screen.

TourStar VIP is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm. It renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep VIP until the end of the period you paid for.

8. YOUR CONDUCT

Don't cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, impersonate others, or use offensive artist names or content. We may rename, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

9. OUR CONTENT

TourStar, its music generator, artwork, logos and software belong to us or our licensors. Songs generated in the game are for use within TourStar.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

TourStar is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may lose game data despite our efforts. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to TourStar is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. CHANGES AND ENDING

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using TourStar anytime; we may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
